A1: Only paying customers with an existing purchase history are eligible to refer a friend. Customers without a purchase history are not allowed to participate.
Q2: Who qualifies as a valid referral?
A2: A valid referral is someone who has never been a customer before. The referred friend must sign up using your unique referral link and complete a purchase totaling over $100 on any of our products or services.
Q3: What rewards do my friend and I receive upon a successful referral?
A3: When your referred friend successfully completes a purchase over $100 and their payment is processed:

Your Friend: Receives a $20 credit that can be used toward meeting room rentals, hotdesks, scanning packages, mail forwarding packages, and other eligible services.

You (the Referrer): Also receive a $20 credit toward the same services as a thank you for expanding the VanCubers community.
Q4: When does a referral qualify as successful?
A4: A referral qualifies as successful only after the referred friend’s payment has been successfully completed and verified. Only then will the $20 credits be issued to both accounts.
Q5: How long is my referral link valid?
A5: Your unique referral link expires 4 weeks after it is issued. Please ensure your referred friend signs up and completes their purchase within that time frame.
Q6: Can I refer someone who has already used VanCubers’ services?
A6: No, the referral program is exclusively for new customers. The friend you refer must not have a previous history with VanCubers.
Q7: How do I check my referral status or get additional support?
