Guests will find everything they require to pull off a successful meeting such as TV, whiteboard, conference phone, and much more.  Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in providing assistance in operating the equipment and in any way required for a successful and productive meeting.  For your meeting room rental, guests will have a choice of beverages to choose from while occupying the meeting room.  These include coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ice tea, and water.  The meeting room can be booked by the hour or by half-day and full day.  See more in the description below.

Q:  If I wanted to extend my meeting pas 5:00 PM is that possible?

A:  Meetings that extend past 5:00 PM must be arranged in advance by calling or email us.  All guests must be in the building before 5:00 PM.

Q:  Can I order food and eat in the meeting room?

A:  Yes you can order food for your meetings

Q:  do you have computer hookups for the TV?

A:  Yes we supply all cable connections to the TV including HDMI, Mini-DP, Display Port, USB-C, Thunderbolt 3

Q:  Do you have power bars to support all 12 people if they have computers?

A:  Yes we supply power bars to keep your computers all juiced up while you have your meetings.
