Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

General Terms:
- Service-Oriented Offerings: All purchases are prepaid. Used bookings are non-refundable. This includes parking, monthly rent, boardroom bookings, hot desk, phone service, and dedicated desk bookings. Virtual Office subscriptions are refundable within 14 days after purchase.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check Your Bank Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
